About the project
Under a Public Private Partnership model for the only transport system of its kind in Queensland, the project, valued at more than $1 billion, included a design and construction phase and an operations and maintenance phase.
BDR Projects has provided specialist resources to the client in order to provide input for delivery of this project. That has included coordination and management of major procurement during project preliminary phases.
BDR Projects expert contracts management, project controls management and contracts administration personnel provided expert input, progression of dispute resolution processes as well as development and implementation of contract management systems and processes.
In addition project controls management input included expert planning and scheduling, review of schedules, forensic schedule analysis, time impact analysis as well as specialist cost estimating and management processes.
